The Murder of Martha Campbell, Schoolgirl

Martha Campbell was 13 years old when she was killed close to her home in West Belfast on 14 May 1972. Hers is one of a small number of child killings that no organisation has claimed.

The British Army said it was not in the area and blamed extremists. In this forensic examination, Ciarán MacAirt sets out the archive evidence that British soldiers killed Martha Campbell.
